Kangana has also enrolled herself in a reputed fashion institute in London. The buzz is that she is planning to stay put there for two months. So she might not do films for a while.A source claims, “Kangana’s decision to enroll for the course is totally unplanned. She in fact had given dates for a film opposite Sunny Deol. But now that the film is shelved, Kangana decided to invest her time in preparing herself to be a fashion designer. But acting doesn’t take a backseat. Post her course, Kangana will start shooting for her approaching films as it’s her primary passion in life.”

Abhay Deol who had shifted to New York for a welding and metal work course might just inspire who knows Kangana? After all this lass always has many surprises up her sleeve and she somehow wishes to stay a step ahead!

Abhishek celebrated his birthday with his wife

The actor, who turns 33 on February 5, was busy on his birthday. He walked
the red carpet at the premiere of the Ash-starrer ‘The Pink Panther 2‘. And
on his birthday, he spend quality time with his wife and family, as he
normally does, instead of partying with friends.

At 33, *Abhishek* still sees his father as a great inspirational figure.

“Dad is an inspiration to the whole world. His creativity and dedication are
legendary. He is a great source of inspiration. However, my acting style is
more like my mother (Jaya Bachchan). I would like to believe that I have the
best of both,” *Abhishek* is quoted by a news agency.

The actor has already begun promoting his upcoming film Delhi 6 in which he
gets to work with some prominent cast comprising Waheeda Rahman, Om Puri ,
Rishi Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor.

“The script was novel and had a great narrative but the clinching factor was
the cast. When Rakeysh (director) discussed with me who he wanted to cast in
the film, I just knew that I had to be a part of this film,” *Abhishek*said.

Year 2008 was a mixture for *Abhishek*. He had a flop in Drona, a hit in
Dostana and an average grosser Sarkar Raj. But the actor has no qualms.

“Last year was a great learning experience for me. I don’t have any regrets
or complaints. I got to work in such diverse film in one year,” he added.

Soon he would fly back to India to promote ‘Delhi 6‘ before its release on
February 20.

Sensuous, passionate and adoring Kangana Ranaut has done well in Bollywood movies. Now Kangana Ranaut is all set to test her talent and luck down to South as well.

After having forayed into Tamil cinema with ‘Dhaam Dhoom‘, Kangana will also make her Telugu debut opposite to South star Prabhas. Abhishek Bachchan jealous of Aishwarya

Being very endowed and beautiful makes Aishwarya one of the most envied actresses in film industry.

Ash left behind her hubby Abhishek Bachchan too.

Though he is very supportive for her, he’s also a little bit jealous.

And most of it is because of the attention she’s getting from her co-star of
Pink Panther 2, Steve Martin.

Abhishek Bachchanremarks, “We were at the premiere of ‘ Pink Panther 2′ and it was great fun. It’s a hilarious film. Steve Martin is a genius. I am very jealous of Ash. He is someone I have been idolizing when I was growing up. And Ash gets the opportunity to work with the likes of Steve Martin and Jeremy Irons.”

But he’s looking forward to do films with his wife and hoping that the great personal and professional chemistry continues for a life, long time.

Shilpa Shetty to go bald in Desire

Shilpa Shetty winner of Big Brother sets to shear her head for her impending Indo-Chinese venture called Desire. She decided to go the Shabana and Nandita way for this challenging role in the film. They both shaved their head for Deepa Mehta’s Water.

Desire is an English film, which will be directed by Malayalam director, R Sarath.

When asked to Shilpa, she replied, “I can’t disclose everything about my role. If I tell you everything now why would you watch the film? But yes, this is by far the most challenging role of my career. It takes me through ten turbulent years of my character’s life. It’s a very intense love story between me and my Chinese co-star, Xia Yu.”

However, Shilpa didn’t met Xia Yu yet. “Our shooting starts this week in Kerala. Then we shoot in Kaula Lampur” adds Shilpa.

Shilpa liked about the film is that it allowed her to learn Odissi. “I have been a Bharatnatyam dancer all my life. In Desire I play an Odissi dancer, and I had to unlearn everything I knew about the classical dance and start from scratch. It has been quite a daunting experience.”
A reputed proponent has been hired to guide Shilpa and she has been practicing it faithfully. “I love dancing. I love getting into the elaborate Odissi costume and jewelry. That’s one of the perks of doing this film,” adds Shilpa.

Shahid Kareena ‘milenge milenge’!!!

Jab they met, nobody thought they would part…and film producer Boney Kapoor was more than assured that his
film would create magic with today’s hottest screen couple Shahid and Kareena.
When the film went on the floor the two were couples in real life too. But there are no permanent friendships or animosities in Bollywood. Shahid and Kareena broke apart and film went into a tizzy.
The film is ‘Milenge Milenge’ and is directed by Satish Kaushik.

Shahid and Kareena have worked together in movies like Fida and Jab We Met.
The buzz is that after their breakup, the dubbing of the film came to a halt but now that a considerable span of time has passed both the stars have decided to dub for the film. Shahid has already completed his portion and now Bebo is set to dub her part. Actually Kareena kept the dubbing pending for long but now without any delay, she’ll get it done, afterall she is indeed busy these days.

Boney Kapoor is happy that the long stuck film is finally releasing. He’s said, “I have spoken to Kareena and she has promised that she will be giving us dates for this month. I am now planning to release the film very soon,”

Now the ex-factor might work in the film’s favor and draw huge crowds to theatres. But on the flip side, the delay might have just outdated the film too much for the liking of the audience.

Let’s wait and watch…what happens when they again met!!!

Sanjay Dutt sings for ‘Chatur Singh’

Sanjay Dutt after doing his debut as a singer in “Khoobsurat” a decade ago with “Aye Shivani” the star again has sung two songs for his upcoming film “Chatur Singh Two Star”. Music has composed by Sajid Wajid for the film while Ajay Chandok, with whom Sanjay Dutt worked earlier in “Nehlle Pe Dehlla”, is directing it. He is also getting ready with the release of his two other films- “Kisse Pyaar Karoon” and “Khallballi- Fun Unlimited”. Discussing about the two versions of the song, Wajid says, “While one of the versions is a smack number with an underground feel to it, the other is a full of film with dialogues integrated in it. Both the versions are very nice and also carry an international appeal.” Look into the inimitability of Sanjay’s interpretation, Wajid adds, “I can confidently state that for the first time, audience will acknowledge that Sanjay Dutt has sung like a playback singer. He also has the quality of ‘sur’ in place and is bang on with his rendition. Listeners will come to know about this once they will hear it.”

Sanjay earlier has sung dozen of odd songs before ‘Chatur Singh Two Star’, most remarkable being “Aye Shivani” (“Khoobsurat”), “Tez dhaar” (“Musafir”) and “Rama re” and “Chhod na re” (“Kaante”). Considering the fact that “Chatur Singh Two Star” is a comedy. “The rap version especially was quite difficult to sing, but it’s his effort that makes it stand out. It’s a good new age song,” said Wajid. Starring Amisha Patel as the leading lady opposite Sanjay Dutt, “Chatur Singh Two Star” also sees Gulshan Grover, Anupam Kher, Satish Kaushik and Suresh Menon in key roles. Produced by Mohammed Aslam. The film is aiming for a May-June release.

Sonam eclipses Abhishek in Delhi-6 promos!!!

Sonam Kapoor has all the good things to say about her co-star of Delhi-6 Abhishek Bachchan. She said, “I liked working with Abhishek. He is really a cool guy, fun to work with, we both are big foodies”.
Rakeysh Mehra’s Delhi6 is all set to release in February. Director Mehra released it’s music on the sets of a reality show Indian Idol

But while everyone including Sonam to director Rakeysh Om Prakash Mehra, lyricist Prasoon Joshi and others participated enthusiastically, lead actor Abhishek was nowhere in the promotion.
It is believed that promos of the movie has given more footage to Sonam not to the liking of AB baby.
When asked about the Abhishek Bachchan, Rakeysh informed us that Abhishek was busy shooting for Mani Ratnam’s Ravana somewhere far off, with wife Aishwarya Rai.
Interestingly both Ash and Abhishek were very much in town to grace another event that happened in the same evening.
Hope Abhi feels the same for his co-actress.

Frieda A Soulmate for Co-Star Dev Patel!!!

Frieda Pinto and Dev Patel , fame Slumdog Millionaire are going places post release of the film internationally. The film won four Golden Globe Awards and the performances of the lead pair is being acclaimed all over.

The dashing Dev Patel is very young, just eighteen years old and is finding it difficult to cope up with the instant media attention. It is not easy to handle stardom, afterall!!!
But thanks to her gorgeous co-star Freida who is all there to help him find solace and deal with the situation. Freida recently broke her engagement with her Bangalore -based fiance, so rumours were that they may be involved off-screen.

Dev Patel has denied any such romantic link up. He told media that he is having no girlfriend and finds Freida very beautiful but she is my soulmate because we both are in similar situation and thus identify with each others feelings.
Dev is currently focussing completely on his career and work.

Slumdog Millionaire fame ‘Freida’ Ditches Her Fiancé

Actress Freida Pinto has called off her engagement. No doubt after the success of Slumdog Millionaire, Freida has a bright future, but right now it seems like only work and profession is playing the main role in her life.

She had recently broken off from her Bangalore-based fiance.

The source said, “Success is what prompted the actress to cut off all past ties that could pose as a barrier between her and the dizzying heights of fame post Slumdog Millionaire”. She now knows that bigger things are in store for her.

She was engaged to someone from Bangalore and all was well until Slumdog Millionaire released and everyone applauded the film. It went on to win four Golden Globe awards. She earlier tried to hide her relationship status. Evidently, Freida didn’t want to get caught up in the regular routine life just when her career was taking off. So, she decided to call off the engagement and instead concentrate on her career.

When asked to the actress about her personal life, she said, “At the moment, it is my profession that dominates my life. Now on, my life is only going to be about work for a long time to come.”

About her engagement, she said, “I am just enjoying my professional life at the moment. Are you interviewing me for Slumdog Millionaire or are you trying to pry into my personal life? I am not interested in sharing my personal life with you. Do you have any proof (about the engagement)? No one has the right to spoil my happiness. It is my personal life and I don’t want to talk about it.”

Indeed, there is price at which success comes…no marital bliss for Frieda as of now!!!
